You, the buyer, may cancel this order within three business days from the date of this transaction (Five business days for Alaska residents and fifteen business days for residents of North Dakota who are age 65 or over). An explanation of these rights is on the receipt that will be e-mailed to you upon Red Aspen's receipt of this order.
The above cancellation notice is required by law. However, in addition to the rights required by law, Red Aspen upholds a product satisfaction promise. In order to meet this satisfaction promise, Red Aspen offers a 100% money-back promise on merchandise returned within 20 days from the date of purchase. Products shipped directly to the customer by Red Aspen must be returned to Red Aspen and a refund will be issued by Red Aspen. Products delivered to the customer by a Brand Ambassador must be returned to the selling Brand Ambassador, and it shall be the responsibility of the Brand Ambassador to issue the refund to the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If a Brand Ambassador returns more than $200 for a refund in any 12 consecutive month period, or otherwise abuses the return policy, the request will constitute the Brand Ambassador's voluntary cancellation of her Brand Ambassador Agreement, and the refund will be processed as a cancellation return and the Brand Ambassador's Red Aspen business will be cancelled.

- Items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- You will be provided with an RMA number to be written on the OUTSIDE of your return package. Items without an RMA number cannot be processed.

- Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back on your original form of payment. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Problems with your order?
- If an order has a missing, incorrect, or defective item, please notify your Brand Ambassador within 20 days from the date of purchase. Your Brand Ambassador can handle all your customer support needs and process most returns, replacements and exchanges on your behalf.
