Girls Weekend is a fun-filled few days with fellow Brand Ambassadors and Red Aspen Company Leaders at an annual conference with new product unveilings, exciting company updates, and recognition of  Brand Ambassadors for their accomplishments over the previous year. 

The Girls Weekend After-Party is an online event designed to bring together brand ambassadors from across the United States to connect, learn, and grow regarding everything Red Aspen. The event includes product reveals, inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and fun activities.

As a DIRECTOR you have the opportunity  to register in the DIRECTOR-only registration site. If you are a Red Aspen DIRECTOR at the time of registration, you will register with a DIRECTOR-only password.  An email with the password will be sent to you, and will include all the information regarding the Director Dinner and Surprise Event on Thursday, Sept 12.

You need to book your own accommodations. Red Aspen has reserved discounted rooms in a block at the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown from Thursday, Sept 12 (check-in) through Saturday, Sept 14, with check-out Sunday, Sept 15.

Your spouse and family are welcome to accompany you on this trip, BUT Red Aspen Girls Weekend activities (training sessions, awards banquet, directors dinner, etc.) are only for registered Red Aspen Brand Ambassadors. Mothers may bring infants under the age of 9 months to Red Aspen activities.  

The rooms have two beds and can accommodate two (2) people in each room. Stay by yourself or grab a friend and share a room.

Red Aspen Director Dinner is an event hosted during in-person Girls Weekend by the organizational leaders of Red Aspen including Jesse, Amanda, Genie & Matt. It is a celebration of the accomplishments of the Red Aspen Directors and their commitment to the mission of the organization. The event includes dinner, networking opportunities, and an evening of amazing sparkle, fun and hopefully delight! 

Director dinner is by invitation only, and only for Red Aspen directors at the time of registration. Check your email for the password to sign up for directors dinner.  If we have extra seating we will invite past Directors based on seniority, title, and tenure. We will send those that qualify based on the criteria an email if and when we have extra seating. 

No, Director dinner is a special dinner only for Red Aspen Directors.  (Need to be a Director at time of registration to qualify for director dinner.) 

Thursday at 5:45pm meet at Hotel Lobby then walking to the Artsgarden for Dinner at 6:00pm.

Dinner this year is at the Artsgarden, an 8 min walk from the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown hotel. Look in your email for details regarding the dinner.

The theme for the dinner is Race please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a sweater or light jacket, as this amazing adventure requires us to walk outdoors for about 8 minutes to the Artsgarden and then after dinner another 8 minute walk to the Punch Bowl Social for some activity fun.

Yes, the virtual event will be available for 30 days for viewing if you purchased a ticket. 

No, the in-person Girls Weekend Event is for attendees only. 

You will be automatically entered into the Virtual Event Facebook group. Since you will have already received your product pack at the in-person Girls Weekend Event, you will not receive another product pack. But you will have full access to the virtual event and all the fun!

You may check into your room at the hotel after 3:00pm. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel Bell Captain can arrange to check baggage for guests arriving early and for guests attending functions on their departure date.

Early Red Aspen Event Check-In from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at the Registration Counter in the event space:  Girls Weekend Early Event Check-In for those staying at the hotel from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. Pick up your event packet at the Registration Counter (Near the event ballrooms). Avoid the lines and save time. 

 6:00pm: Director’s Dinner (By Invitation Only)
