Self Reflection Time, 5-10 Minutes:

Take a moment to write your own mission statement. This can by as simple as 1-3 words that help shape your intentions, or it can be more detailed. A great question to ask to help you get started is- “What is my passion and purpose?” Once you have your personal mission statement created, put it somewhere you will see it this week. Great spots to place your mission statement: The bathroom mirror, your car visor, make it your desktop/screensaver, add it to your lockscreen on your phone, and of course- post it to on your social!
