Spring Fling is Red Aspen’s first event each year! Join us virtually as we celebrate your accomplishments, make some big product announcements, deliver fun training, and gather as a company to launch a new season and help drive our mission. In 2025, we’re taking you to Red Aspen University! We’ll get schooled by our professors of passion and purpose while getting an education in growth.

Spring Fling is Saturday, April 5 at 5 pm MT.

Brand Ambassadors and Affiliates 18 years and older can attend Spring Fling.

Purchase of a Spring Fling Back-To-School Product Pack includes access to training led by company founders Jesse, Genie, and Amanda; exclusive Red Aspen University branded swag; and new, unreleased products.

Early Bird pricing is open from Feb. 7 at 11 am MT until March 18 at 10:30 am MT. Don’t be tardy to the party! Make sure you waste no time in getting registered. (A little birdie has mentioned an EXCLUSIVE gift for the first 1,000 that register so get registered early!)

General pricing is open from March 18 at 10:30am MT until March 25 at 10:30 am MT. 

Late General pricing is a new purchasing level open from March 25 at 10:30am MT until April 11 at 10:30am MT. If you are unable to purchase early, this purchasing option allows you to attend the Virtual Event; however, you will receive your Back-To-School pack AFTER the eve

Spring Fling Back-To-School Product Packs will be shipped so that you receive your package prior to the virtual event on April 5. If you purchased your pack through Late General Pricing, you will receive your pack 4-10 business days following the event.

We have so much technology at our fingertips that we want to explore what will create the best “classroom” experience for you! We have spent endless hours of studying different hosting platforms and have found THE one! We'll be using Vimeo to host Spring Fling this year and you will soon be getting an email from the Treehouse Team with all the details. So don't worry, there is no prerequisite work for you! We’d consider it extra credit if Spring Fling Back-To-School Product Packs sell out! We do highly encourage you to purchase your product pack early to avoid detention and missing out on Spring Fling Red Aspen University.

You can cancel your Spring Fling ticket by emailing events@redaspen.com. Please note that once your product pack ships, your order becomes nonrefundable.

No password is needed for Spring Fling. We wanted to lessen the likelihood anyone wouldn’t be able to join us and felt it was easier to remove the need for a password.

Nope! No account is needed. Simply click the link and type in your name to attend Spring Fling! 

Absolutely! You’ll be able to enjoy the event with closed captioning, as needed simply by clicking the CC button at the bottom of the viewing window. Then click Display Captions. 

Yep! Chats from mobile participants will show to desktop participants and vice versa. 

You sure can! Once you click back into the video however, you may need to tap it to unmute the feed again. 

We don’t expect this to happen, but if the Vimeo feed crashes for any reason during the Spring Fling feed, don’t worry! Red Aspen’s team will post a YouTube link directly into the BA Facebook Group. Because the video is hosted on YouTube, it will have YouTube functionality instead of Vimeo functionality.

If your livestream appears blurry, you can try using the gear in the lower right corner to change your video quality to 1080. Outside of that, it’s likely related to an internet issue outside of Red Aspen’s control. We do not recommend emailing the Support Team regarding internet problems because they will be unable to help. If the livestream appears fuzzy or a little slow, it’s likely that your bandwidth just needs a second to catch up to the livestream.

Since this is a live feed, you won’t be able to skip forward. However, you can always rewind if you missed something you wanted to see and skip back to the live feed, as needed.

Red Aspen administrators can mute any user that is being inappropriate. The user won’t know they’re blocked, but their messages won’t go through either.

Absolutely! Anyone with plans on April 5 will be able watch the Spring Fling 2025 event, at their leisure, starting Sunday, April 6 by noon MT, via a link on Red Aspen’s Treehouse Events page, the original Vimeo link that was emailed to you, or a link on the BA Facebook page. The video will remain available for 30 days.
