We are beyond excited to open the Treehouse for all of you to explore and enjoy for your team events.
Get ready for an epic tour of the Treehouse! We’ll guide you through this amazing space, giving you the inside scoop on its layout, operations, and all the cool features. And guess what? If you book a team tour, you can either have an awesome training session or just kick back and hang out in our cozy BA Lounge. Trust us, you’re in for a treat!
What is a Treehouse Tour?
We are so thrilled to be opening up the Treehouse for you all to experience and utilize for team events.
A tour of the Treehouse involves guiding Brand Ambassadors or individuals through the building, providing them with a comprehensive overview of its layout, operations, and functions. You will also have the option to host a team training or just time together in our BA Lounge if you have booked a team tour. Trust us, you will not be disappointed!
Where is the Treehouse located?
The Red Aspen Treehouse is located at 1575 W Overland Rd Meridian, ID 83642.
Do I have to be a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador to book a tour?
No, you do not. If you are interested in tours and are not a brand ambassador, please reach out to admin@redaspen.com.
How do I book a Treehouse Tour?
To book a Treehouse Tour, please complete the Google Form linked on this page. We have also included the link below. If you have any issues with the form, please contact events@redaspen.com.
What days of the week are tours available?
Tours are available for booking on Wednesdays & Fridays excluding holidays.
Tour hours will be offered between 11:00 AM MST to 4:00 PM MST.
What is the difference between an individual tour and a team tour?
Individual Tour- (30 Mins) (2 or less)
During the 30-minute guided tour, Brand Ambassadors will receive a comprehensive overview of the Treehouse's key features, including its operations, notable points of interest, and all of the fun photo ops throughout the space. You will also receive a goodie bag at the end of your tour and you can leave your mark by signing our exclusive BA wall!
Team Tour- (1-2 Hours) (More than 2)
Join us for an engaging 1-2 hours including a guided tour where you'll explore the Treehouse alongside your team. During the tour, our knowledgeable guides will lead you through the Treehouse's key features, including its operations, notable points of interest, and all of the fun photo ops throughout the space. You will receive a goodie bag at the end of your time at the Treehouse and you can leave your mark by signing our exclusive BA wall!
You will also have exclusive access to the BA lounge, where you and your team can collaborate, network, and create content in a comfortable and inspiring environment.
This tour promises to offer valuable insights and memorable moments for all.
What amenities are included in the BA Lounge?
- Refreshments
- TV for any presentations or content
- Beauty Bar (Content creation, photos, etc)
- Large table to fit you and your team
How long is an individual tour?
An individual tour is approximately 30 minutes in length.
How long is a team tour?
A team tour ranges from 1-2 hours depending on the number of people and is also dependent on If they are planning on utilizing the BA Lounge.
