Let’s get you earning points with three exclusive opportunities with Dreamwork Jumpstart! 

- Path 1: Develop your team through enrollments! Earn Dreamwork points when your newly enrolled Brand Ambassadors achieve a Fast 45 milestone. You’ll earn points based on the highest Fast 45 tier they achieve during the qualifying period. This is a chance to invest in new team members while accelerating your own Dreamwork journey.

- Path 2: Grow your subscription business! Starting Aug. 1, 2026, through Nov. 30, 2026, earn 1 point for every $400 in processed Subscription PV. This is how to build the most consistent and recurring form of volume through the subscription program.

- Path 3: Earn leadership points in November! Hit any title from Senior Brand Leader to National Brand Director in the month of November and earn Dreamwork points. 

No, you will not be notified during the Dreamwork Jumpstart earning period. Jumpstart points are awarded on final results, so we’ll wait until all qualifying activities have been completed before calculating and awarding points. This includes:

- Enrollment Fast 45: Qualifying enrollments from Aug. 1-31, 2026

- Subscription PV: Qualifying processed Subscription PV from Aug. 1, 2026, to Nov. 30, 2026

- Leadership points: Qualifying period from Nov. 1-30, 2026

We recommend tracking your progress since it’s the best way to reach your goals. Open the Dreamwork Points Calculator, make a copy and track your progress. In September, your Business Portal will be live with Dreamwork reports so you can track your progress.

Dreamwork Jumpstart will allow for even MORE Brand Ambassadors to earn the Dreamwork Extension which is partly why it was created! It’s an additional pathway to help you qualify.

During the month of August 2026, earn Dreamwork points when your newly enrolled Brand Ambassadors achieve a Fast 45 milestone. You’ll earn points based on the highest Fast 45 tier they achieve during the qualifying period. This is the perfect opportunity to invest in your new team members while accelerating your own Dreamwork journey.

No, Fast 45 enrollee points earned are based on the highest tier each enrollee earns during the qualifying period. Example: Margot from North Dakota earns Tier 4 at the end of her Fast 45 earning period. You will earn 4 points.

Newly enrolled Brand Ambassadors into the Fast 45 program have 45 days from the time of enrollment to earn a Fast 45 tier. If a new Brand Ambassador joins on Aug. 31, 2026, they have until Oct. 14, 2026, to earn a tier. Points are then applied once their Fast 45 earning period ends.

Great question. Only Brand Ambassadors enrolled between  Aug. 1, 2026 and Aug. 31, 2026, count towards Dreamwork Jumpstart points.  

Starting Aug. 1, 2026, through Nov. 30, 2026, you’ll earn 1 point for every $400 in processed Subscription PV. Start building the most consistent and recurring form of volume through the subscription program.

Subscription PV points are calculated based on total processed Subscription PV between Aug. 1, 2026, and Nov. 30. 2026. Example: If your final processed subscription total on Nov. 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT is 1,200 PV, you will earn 3 points.

PV does not round up, so $1,225 in PV counts as 3 points, and $1,299 counts as 3 points. 

Yes! Your personal subscriptions and your customer subscriptions count toward your total processed Subscription PV.

Beginning in September, we’ll have a Dreamwork Subscription tracker available in your Business Portal, and you’ll be able to track your customer subscriptions and the total processed Subscription PV in real time. 

Hit any title from Senior Brand Leader to National Brand Director in the month of November and earn Dreamwork points. 

Not only is it available, but we have expanded the opportunity! During the month of November earn points for hitting paid as title of any of the following titles: Senior Brand Leader, Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Associate Brand Director, Brand Director, Senior Brand Director, Executive Brand Director, or National Brand Director.

Our goal is to help as many of you earn the Dreamwork Extension as possible, and we’re excited about these updates! We’ve given the Extension qualifications a refresh so there’s more opportunity to celebrate and connect. Take a look at the qualification changes.

2026 Qualifications:

- Earn 200+ Dreamwork points, or

- Earn the Dreamwork trip and hit the title of NBD twice during the incentive period.

NEW 2027 Qualifications:

- Earn 175+ Dreamwork points

Yes! For 2027, you need to earn 175 points to earn the Dreamwork Extension instead of 200 points. Plus, you can get a jumpstart earning points through Subscription PV, Enrollee points, and Senior Brand Leader and above November titles!

This year, for every month during the qualification period (Dec. 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027) that you hit NBD, you will earn additional points towards Dreamwork. Reference the image above for a detailed breakdown.

In the true spirit of Red Aspen, you spoke and we listened. We have added an additional Dream Tier and an additional Activate Stage!

Here are the callouts between the Dreamwork Incentive last year and this year:

- There is an additional Dream tier.

- Dream 7 earns Dreamwork Dominican Republic.

- There’s an additional Activate Stage (Stage 1).

- The Activate bonus is earned at Activate Stage 2.

- You can now earn a maximum of 125 points (formerly 100 points) through PV.

We added an additional Dream milestone to help bridge one of the largest gaps in the earning journey. Our goal is to recognize Brand Ambassador progress more frequently, to celebrate momentum, and make the path to earning Dreamwork feel even more achievable.

Let’s start with – you’ve earned the Dreamwork Extension! Congratulations! Activate Stage 1 is designed to celebrate your achievement by earning additional time in the Dominican Republic. Now that you’ve secured the extension, Activate Stage 2 gives you another goal to strive for by rewarding you both the Dreamwork Extension and a bonus. 

While we’ve made some exciting upgrades to Dreamwork, the foundation of Dreamwork is staying the same. 

The incentive qualification starts at 12 AM MT on Dec. 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM MT on March 31, 2027.

Brand Ambassadors 18 years and older who are in good standing can earn a Dream prize.

You won’t want to miss this year’s Dreamwork prizes! We’ll reveal all prizes when the Dreamwork Incentive officially kicks off in December.

Yes, Dreamwork points continue to build throughout the entire incentive period. That means every qualifying activity counts towards your overall progress.

For example, if you earn:

- 100 PV in December

- 800 PV in January

- 100 PV in February

- 300 PV in March

your PV for the incentive period would be 1,300 PV. 

The same applies for enrollments. If you enroll a new Brand Ambassador in December, their qualifying activity throughout the incentive period continues to count toward their PV requirement.

Subscription PV during Dreamwork Jumpstart does not carry over. Processed Subscription PV earned during Dreamwork Jumpstart only counts toward Jumpstart points. Once the Jumpstart qualification period ends on Nov. 30, 2026, your PV will reset. 

For example, if you earn:

- 200 PV in August

- 150 PV in September

- 300 PV in October

- 750 PV in November

Your processed Subscription PV total is 1,400. You’ll earn 3 points for your 1,200 PV. The remaining 200 PV does not carry over into the official Dreamwork Incentive period. 

- 1 point (400 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 1-3.

- 3 points (1,200 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 4, 5, and 6.

- 6 points (2,400 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 7 and above.

- You may now earn a maximum of 125 points through PV.

- Qualified Downline Volume (DV) does not kick into place until you have an active leg on your team.

- No more than 50% of your DV can come from any one individual or leg of your team (including yourself).

- You may only earn a maximum of 50 points through DV.

Keep these things in mind:

- PE must be a first-time enrollee. Reinstatements of any kind do not count, regardless if they are reinstating to your team, or are reinstating and were previously on another team.

- PE must be enrolled during the qualification period AND earn the required PV during the same time period.

- Affiliate upgrades count toward PE qualifications as long as they upgrade during the qualification period AND hit the required PV benchmarks.

- There is no maximum on PE points.

- Jumpstart enrollments do not count toward Dreamwork PE qualifications. Jumpstart and Dreamwork are two separate qualification periods with their own earning opportunities.

You can see a running report in your Business Portal that tells you your progress and your team’s progress. You can also use the point tracker beginning early December. A couple things to consider as you calculate your points:

- 1 point (400 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 1-3.

- 3 points (1,200 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 4, 5, and 6.

- 6 points (2,400 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 7 and above.

- Personal Enrollments (PE) must enroll and earn PV during the qualification period. They also must be enrolling for the first time. Affiliate upgrades count toward PE points. 

- A maximum of 50% of DV can come from one active leg or the individual Brand Ambassador.

- PE and DV points are counted in whole numbers only. Fractional points from PV are not rounded up.

*Please note that the Shopify report updates roughly every 3 hours and is NOT instantaneous.

Our best advice is to utilize the Dreamwork Points Calculator to map out how you will work towards your goal. Take the goal and break it in smaller parts, then pace yourself making sure to have a strong start in December. Pro Tip: Send your goal to your Director or a teammate to help hold yourself accountable.

Dream prizes are carefully curated each year. Each one is designed to celebrate your success throughout the Dreamwork journey. In December, you’ll be able to view the full prize details on the Treehouse Events Dreamwork page.

Congratulations! Well done. At the conclusion of the incentive earning period, you’ll receive an email with information on when and how to redeem your prize.

The Treehouse has carefully selected the product packs which includes Red Aspen products across most categories. 

Yes, at Dream 7 (42 points) you earn the Dreamwork Incentive trip to the Dominican Republic.

Congratulations! What an incredible achievement. Next steps are the 4-part registration that begins in early February. 

- Step 1 is confirming you’re joining us in the Dominican Republic! If you’re unable to make it, we’ll send you a $600 product pack at the end of April.

- Step 2 is providing us with your emergency contact and passport information.

- Step 3 (optional) is letting us know if you would like to stay additional days in the Dominican Republic.

- Steps 1-3 must be completed by April 12, 2027. Without this information, we will remove you from the trip manifest and send you a product pack instead.

- Step 4 is sending us your flight information. We are unable to extend this final registration piece beyond April 23, 2027; this is a hard deadline. With that in mind, please prioritize getting the information to us. We’d like to see you in the Dominican Republic!

The trip is June 6-10, 2027.

To earn:

- Activate Stage 1, you must earn 175 points during the qualification period.

- Activate Stage 2, you must earn 225 points during the qualification period.

- Activate Stage 3, you must earn 275 points during the qualification period.

- Activate Stage 4, you must earn 325 points during the qualification period.

No. You will be paid at the highest Activate Stage earned at the completion of the Dreamwork Incentive.

Absolutely! Once you reach Dream 9, you can still earn an Activate Stage. Review the qualifications, make a plan, and keep up the hard work!

Earning the NBD title does not directly qualify you for Activate Stages 1-4. The Activate Stages are earned through Dreamwork points. However, achieving the NBD title provides additional opportunity to earn Dreamwork points, which can then be applied toward your Activate Stage progression. Take a look at the new NBD point structure for each month you hit NBD:

- Hit NBD Green, earn 20 points.

- Hit NBD Yellow, earn 25 points.

- Hit NBD Gold, earn 30 points.

- Hit NBD Orange, earn 35 points.

- Hit NBD Red, earn 40 points.

Red Aspen will include the Activate bonus in your April Commissions payment issued on or around May 7, 2027.

Yes! If you earn Activate 1, 2, 3, or 4, you qualify for Dreamwork Extension.

To be qualified you must:

- Not have any outstanding disciplinary action on your account,

- Not have had any disciplinary action on your account in the prior 12 months, and

- Have an account in good standing.

With the exception of Level, Generational, and Leadership bonuses outlined in Red Aspen’s Compensation Plan, you are only able to earn one promotional cash bonus at a time. If you earn more than one cash bonus (for example, a Leadership Fast 45 bonus), then Red Aspen will pay out on the higher valued cash bonus earned. Simply put, you can earn only one cash bonus offering at a time and cannot double up on bonuses.

Bonus buying of any kind during the incentive period is strictly prohibited. Refer to Red Aspen’s Policies & Procedures for specifics. Please note that large, last-minute, personal orders will be audited by the Compliance Team to ensure proper business practices and customer sales are taking place.
