Dreamwork celebrates the dedication, passion, and purpose that you bring to our Red Aspen community. The trip is designed to empower, connect, and inspire women to share experiences, uplift one another, and deepen bonds across teams. By embracing this time together, we create lasting memories, nurture our collective growth, and celebrate our achievements.
WHAT IS THE INTENTION OF THE DREAMWORK TRIP?
The intention of the Dreamwork trip is first to celebrate you and your achievements, and second to promote engagement with one another and the Red Aspen community. With that in mind, we ask that you do not book additional guests at the hotel during the incentive trip. This time is designed for all of us to spend together!
WHEN IS THE DREAMWORK INCENTIVE QUALIFICATION PERIOD?
The incentive qualification period runs from Dec. 1, 2025, 12 am MT, through March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM MT.
WHAT CAN I EARN DURING THE DREAMWORK INCENTIVE?
We have some dreamy prizes lined up! Check out the Dream graphic at the top of this page to determine what prizes are connected to each dream. Please note that the prizes listed at each Dream are the exact prizes that will be provided. For example, Dream 5 earners will receive a $200 product pack, but Dream 6 earners will not because they earn the stay in Playa Del Carmen (or a $600 Product Pack instead if they opt out of the trip).
WHO CAN EARN A DREAM PRIZE?
Brand Ambassadors 18 years and older, and in good standing, can earn a Dream prize.
IS THE DREAMWORK INCENTIVE PERIOD CUMULATIVE?
Yes. The period is cumulative, meaning that you get to keep a running total of your points throughout the period. For example, let’s say you earn 100 Personal Volume (PV) in December, 800 PV in January, and 100 PV in February. That is 1,000 PV total.
The same is true for your enrollments. If you sponsor someone in December, their total PV during the period counts toward their PV requirement.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PERSONAL VOLUME (PV) AS IT RELATES TO POINTS?
- 1 point (400 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 1-3.
- 3 points (1,200 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 4-5.
- 6 points (2,400 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 6 and above.
- You may only earn a maximum of 100 points through PV.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT QUALIFIED DOWNLINE VOLUME (DV) AS IT RELATES TO POINTS?
- Qualified Downline Volume (DV) does not kick into place until you have an active leg on your team.
- No more than 50% of your DV can come from any one individual or one leg of your team (including yourself).
- You may only earn a maximum of 50 points through DV.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PERSONAL ENROLLMENTS (PE) AS IT RELATES TO POINTS?
Here is what you should keep in mind:
- The PE must be a first-time enrollee. Reinstatements of any kind do not count, regardless of if they are reinstating on your team, or are reinstating and were previously on another team.
- The PE must be enrolled during the qualification period AND earn the required PV during this same time period.
- Affiliate upgrades count toward PE qualifications as long as they upgrade during the qualification period AND hit the required PV benchmarks
- There is no maximum on PE points.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY INCENTIVE POINT PROGRESS AND MY TEAM’S PROGRESS?
You can see a running report in your Shopify Account that tells you your progress and your team’s progress. You can also use our points tracker here. A couple of things to consider as you calculate your points:
- 1 point (400 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 1-3.
- 3 points (1,200 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 4-5.
- 6 points (2,400 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 6 and above.
- Personal Enrollments (PE) must enroll and earn PV during the qualification period. They also must be enrolling for the first time. Affiliate upgrades count toward PE points.
- A maximum of 50% of DV can come from one active leg or the individual Brand Ambassador.
- PE and DV points are counted in whole numbers only. Fractional points from PV are not rounded up.
*Please note that the Shopify report updates roughly every 3 hours and is NOT instantaneous.
I WANT TO SET A GOAL FOR THE INCENTIVE AND WORK TOWARDS IT. DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS?
Our best advice is to save the worksheet above to your phone, then fill it out in a photo editor. Save the completed worksheet to your phone screensaver so it’s top of mind, and send it to your Director or a partner to help hold yourself accountable.
Additionally, take your goal and break it in smaller parts, pace yourself starting strong in December. Check in with your goal in January - are you on track? Do you need to set a stretch goal and aim higher?!
Tune in on Mondays and Thursday to the News + Inspo so you know what new collections are being launched or promos are happening to take advantage of every opportunity during the incentive period.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF I EARN A DREAM PRIZE?
All Dreamwork earners will be notified via email that they have earned a Dream.
IF I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED FROM RED ASPEN EMAILS, WILL I RECEIVE DREAMWORK EMAILS?

DO DREAMWORK QUALIFICATIONS CHANGE FROM YEAR TO YEAR?
Yes! New qualifications will be announced at the beginning of the qualification period.
WHAT IS INCLUDED FOR PRIZES FOR DREAMS 1-5?
You can earn exclusive prizes by earning points during the Dreamwork Incentive, which runs from Dec. 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. You earn points through your personal volume, qualified downline volume, and qualified personal enrollments. Please see the Dream Map and the Treehouse Events page to see the prizes for each Dream.
I EARNED A DREAM PRIZE. HOW DO I REDEEM THAT PRIZE?
Congrats! At the conclusion of the incentive period, you will receive an email with information on when and how to redeem your prize.
FOR DREAMS 4 AND ABOVE, DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY PRODUCT PACK?
No. The Treehouse has carefully selected the product packs and includes Red Aspen products across most categories.
I EARNED DREAM 6, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Congratulations - YOU ARE AMAZING! We will have a rolling 3-part registration beginning early February. The first step to register is confirming that you are coming on the trip! If you are not able to make it, we will send you a $600 product pack in the beginning of June.
The second and third step in registration is getting us your emergency contact, passport, and flight details. If we do not have these by April 25, 2026, we will issue you a product pack and remove you from the trip manifest. We are not able to extend registration beyond April 25, 2026; this is a hard deadline. With that in mind, please prioritize getting the information to us. We want you on the trip!
THE VALUE FOR DREAMS ABOVE 6 IS THE SAME AS DREAM 6. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO EARNING DREAMS ABOVE 6?
The value of Dreams above 6 appears the same as Dream 6, however there is a difference in value for those who opt into traveling to Playa Del Carmen because of the exclusive Dreamwork swag you receive on site! ;-)
Can’t make it to Playa Del Carmen? That is a total bummer, but we understand. We’ll send out your exclusive Dreamwork swag to ya!

Nope, you must let yourself be pampered!
I EARNED DREAM 7 WHICH INCLUDES A POOL-VIEW ROOM. DOES MY ROOMMATE ALSO HAVE TO EARN DREAM 7 TO STAY WITH ME?
Congratulations! Best news - no they do not. Your roommate of choice can stay with you, and enjoy the pool view as well.
I EARNED DREAM 8 WITH A PRIVATE ROOM. WHAT IF I REALLY WANT A ROOMMATE TO SHARE IN THE FUN WITH ME?

HOW DO I EARN DREAMWORK ACTIVATE STAGES 1, 2, AND 3?
Great question:
- To earn Activate Stage 1, you must earn 200 qualified points in the qualification period.
- To earn Activate Stage 2, you must earn 250 qualified points in the qualification period.
- To earn Activate Stage 3, you must earn 300 qualified points in the qualification period.
CAN I EARN ALL THREE ACTIVATE STAGES?
No. You will be paid at the highest Activate Stage earned at the completion of the Dreamwork Incentive.
I EARNED DREAM 8; CAN I STILL WORK TOWARD ACTIVATE 1-3?
Absolutely! Keep working hard, once you reach Dream 8 you can still earn Activate. Review Activate qualifications, make a plan, and keep up the hard work!
I EARNED THE TITLE NBD, CAN I STILL WORK TOWARD ACTIVATE STAGES 1-3?
Absolutely! The sky is the limit. Review Activate requirements and keep it up!
I EARNED DREAMWORK ACTIVATE. HOW WILL I BE PAID OUT?
Red Aspen will include the Activate bonus in your April commission payment issued May 7, 2026
IF I EARN ACTIVATE STAGES 1-3, DO I QUALIFY FOR THE TRIP EXTENSION?
Yes! If you earn Activate 1, 2, or 3, you qualify for the trip extension.
CAN I EARN THESE BONUSES IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER PROMOTIONAL BONUSES OFFERED AT RED ASPEN?
With the exception of Level, Generational, and Leadership bonuses outlined in Red Aspen’s Compensation Plan, you are only able to earn one promotional cash bonus at a time. If you earn more than one cash bonus (for example, a Leadership Fast 45 bonus), then Red Aspen will pay out on the higher valued cash bonus earned. Simply put, you can earn only one cash bonus offering at a time and cannot double up on bonuses.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW FROM A COMPLIANCE PERSPECTIVE?
Bonus buying of any kind during the incentive period is strictly prohibited. Please refer to Red Aspen’s Policies & Procedures for specifics. Please note that large, last-minute, personal orders will be audited by the Compliance Team to ensure proper business practices and customer sales are taking place.

The resort is all-inclusive but tipping is highly encouraged. Guests are responsible for their own tips. Tipping in U.S. currency is totally acceptable, so don’t feel like you need to exchange money for local currency.
TELL ME ABOUT THE RESTAURANTS ON THE PROPERTY. DO I NEED TO MAKE DINNER RESERVATIONS?
This resort does not accept reservations; it is strictly first-come, first-served. We advise arriving at your restaurant of choice early so they can accommodate you and your party. Reservations are not necessary at Red Aspen-sponsored events. Please note that some restaurants have a strict dress code. Refer to the Hyatt’s website for current information on reservations and of dress code recommendations.

WHAT IS DREAMWORK EXTENSION?
Dreamwork Extension was formerly known as NBD Extension and allows earners to stay an additional couple of days in the Dreamwork location.
WHEN IS DREAMWORK EXTENSION?
Dreamwork Extension is June 11-14, 2026.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO EARN DREAMWORK EXTENSION?
You must:
- Earn the paid-as title of National Brand Director Green at least twice during the qualification period, AND
- Qualify for Dream 6 (42 points) or higher, AND
- Not have any outstanding disciplinary action on your account, AND
- Not have had any disciplinary action on your account in the prior 12 months.
You may also earn Dreamwork Extension by earning Activate 1, 2, or 3, in addition to, no outstanding disciplinary action on your account and no disciplinary action on your account in the prior 12 months
WHAT DO I EARN WHEN I QUALIFY FOR DREAMWORK EXTENSION?
If you qualify for Dreamwork Extension, you’ll spend time with your team and peers from arrival on Sunday, June 7, until your team departs on the morning of Thursday, June 11. On the 11th, you will pack up and be upgraded to an adults-only all inclusive resort. You and your guest will spend three nights together at the Secrets Moxche Resort & Spa. Your agenda will be light so you can choose how to spend your time.
I EARNED THE DREAMWORK EXTENSION. HOW DO I REGISTER?
Sit back and relax! We’ll handle the registration process for you once you opt into the trip.
CAN MY PLUS ONE JOIN ME FOR THE REGULAR DREAMWORK PORTION OF THE TRIP WITH EVERYONE ELSE?
No. The Dreamwork incentive is intended to facilitate team bonding. Your plus one should fly in on Thursday to join you in Playa del Carmen for the extended Dreamwork portion of the trip.
WHO CAN I BRING AS MY PLUS ONE?
Anyone over the age of 18 may be invited as your plus one.
CAN I BRING MY INFANT?
It is an adults-only resort with a very firm policy on absolutely no children of any age; this includes newborns and breastfeeding infants.
WHEN DOES MY PLUS ONE FLY IN, AND DOES RED ASPEN PAY FOR THEIR AIRFARE?
Your plus one is invited to fly in on June 11. Red Aspen is NOT responsible for covering their airfare.
WILL RED ASPEN ARRANGE FOR MY PLUS ONE’S TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?
Yes, Red Aspen arranges for transport from the airport to the resort, and then back to the airport at the end of the trip for you and your plus one.

Yes, Red Aspen will provide transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport and the resort.
WILL RED ASPEN PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION AROUND THE CITY?
No, we will not provide transportation other than transfer to and from the Cancun International Airport.
WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE TRIP?
The dates of the trip are Sunday, June 7 through Thursday, June 11, 2026.
WHO IS INVITED TO COME ON THE TRIP?
Brand Ambassadors in good standing that earn 42+ points during the qualification period are invited to attend. To be in good standing, you must:
- Not have any outstanding disciplinary action on your account.
- Not have had any disciplinary action on your account in the prior 12 months.
- Maintain 240 PV each month from the time the period closes to the time of the trip.
LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ITINERARY! WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
You’ll have plenty of free time to relax on the beach or lounge poolside, but we do have a few activities you’ll want to pencil us in for. Please note that all activities are optional.

- Wednesday, June 10: Closing dinner and Dance Party. Join our Sunset Soirée in color-changing fabrics, dip-dye gowns, and ombré ensembles!
CAN I BRING A GUEST ON THE TRIP?
No, this trip is limited to qualified earners.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ON THE TRIP?
Breastfeeding children under the age of 9 months are allowed on the Dreamwork Incentive; however, you must notify the Treehouse by emailing events@redaspen.com if you will be traveling with a baby so we can help make appropriate accommodations. You will be required to sign a liability release for your child.
Children are not allowed on Dreamwork Extension. We will be moving to an adults-only resort with a very firm policy on absolutely no children of any age; this includes newborns and breastfeeding infants.
I’D PREFER NOT TO HAVE A ROOMMATE. CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM?
If space is available, Red Aspen will make private room upgrade options available to Brand Ambassadors. You will be responsible for the additional cost of single occupancy. To pay for the room, we can debit your May commission check, OR you can pay Red Aspen directly. Please note that you still may NOT bring a guest with you.
I WANT TO ARRIVE EARLY OR EXTEND MY STAY. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Please work with our Support team at events@redaspen.com to book your stay. You will be responsible for the additional costs. We are working to make this process as simple as possible but still determining logistics at this time.
I DECIDED I WANT MY OWN ROOM, SO I BOOKED MY OWN ACCOMODATIONS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE HOTEL. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
- Since you are not a part of Red Aspen’s room block, your room will miss the special gifts we drop directly into rooms.
- If you book your own room and bring a guest (or guests) with you, they are not authorized or welcome to attend Red Aspen’s parties and event gatherings.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TAXES?
The IRS mandates that earned trips count toward your taxable income. Red Aspen will include the value of your trip on your 1099 for 2026.
I DIDN’T EARN ENOUGH POINTS. CAN I BUY MY WAY INTO THE TRIP?
No, there is not a buy-in option for this trip.
I EARNED THE TRIP BUT HAVE A CONFLICT AND WON’T BE ABLE TO ATTEND. WHAT NEXT?
We will send a $600 product pack to anyone that has earned the trip but is unable to attend.
ARE THERE INSTANCES WHERE THE TRIP COULD BE CANCELED OR MOVED?
Yes. If there is a hurricane, natural disaster, or if the U.S. States Department classifies Mexico, or the Cancun and Playa Del Carmen area of Mexico, as a “Category 4” as it relates to Covid or otherwise, Red Aspen reserves the right to cancel, move and/or alter the location and dates of the trip.
WHAT IF MORE PEOPLE EARN THE TRIP THAN THE RESORT CAN HOLD?
First of all, if this happens, bravo to all of you! Red Aspen reserves the right to host guests at multiple hotels should the necessity arise.
CAN I HOLD RED ASPEN LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS WHILE ON THE TRIP?
No, Red Aspen is not liable for lost or stolen items. We advise you to leave all valuables at home. You will have a safe in your room that only you and your roommate have access to.
