The incentive qualification period starts Dec. 1, 2024, at 12 am MT and ends March 31, 2025, at 11:59 pm MT.

Please note that prizes listed for each Dream are the exact prizes that will be given. For example, Dream 5 earners will receive a $350 Product Pack, but Dream 6 earners will not because they earn the stay in Costa Rica (or a $600 Product Pack if they opt out or cannot make the trip).

Brand Ambassadors 18 years and older can earn a Dream prize.

Yes, the period is cumulative, meaning that you get to keep a running total of your points throughout the period. For example, let’s say you earn 100 Personal Volume (PV) in December, 800 PV in January, and 100 PV in February. That means you'll have 1,000 PV total.

The same is true for your Personal Enrollments (PE). If you sponsor someone in December, their total PV during the period counts toward their PV requirement. 

• 1 point (500 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 1-3.
• 3 points (1,500 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 4-5.
• 6 points (3,000 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 6 and above.
• You may only earn a maximum of 100 points through PV.

• Qualified Downline Volume (DV) does not kick into place until you have an active leg on your team.
• No more than 50% of your DV can come from any one individual or one leg of your team (including yourself).
• You may only earn a maximum of 50 points through DV.

Great question! Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• The PE must be a first-time enrollee. Reinstatements of any kind do not count, regardless of if they are reinstating on your team, or are reinstating and were previously on another team.
• The PE must be enrolled during the qualification period AND earn the required PV during this same time period.
• Affiliate upgrades count toward PE qualifications as long as they upgrade during the qualification period AND hit the required PV benchmarks AFTER they upgrade their account. PV earned as an affiliate prior to upgrading does NOT count toward PV requirements.
• There is no maximum on PE points.

You can see a running report in your Hub* with your progress and your team’s progress. You can also use our points tracker here (available Dec. 3). A couple of things to consider as you calculate your points:

• 1 point (500 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 1-3.
• 3 points (1,500 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 4-5.
• 6 points (3,000 PV) must come from PV for Dreams 6 and above.
• Personal Enrollments (PE) must enroll and earn PV during the qualification period. They also must be enrolling for the first time. Affiliate upgrades count toward PE points.
• A maximum of 50% of DV can come from one active leg or the individual Brand Ambassador. Be sure you are checking your Downline Volume bar which appears when you toggle to higher level Director titles in the Hub.
• PE and DV points are counted in whole numbers only. Fractional points from PV are not rounded up.

*Please note that Hub reports update roughly every 3 hours and are NOT instantaneous!

Congratulations - YOU ARE AMAZING! We will have a rolling 2-part registration that starts Feb. 3. The first step to register is confirming you are coming on the trip! If you are not able to make it, we will send you a $600 Product Pack in mid-April.

The second step in registration is getting us your emergency contact, passport information, and flight details.  If we do not have these by April 25, 2025, we will issue you a Product Pack and remove you from the trip manifest. We are not able to extend registration beyond April 25, 2025; this is a hard deadline. With that in mind, please make sure you prioritize getting these details to us as we want you on the trip!

With that in mind, we ask that you do not book additional guests at the hotel during the incentive trip. This time is designed for all of us to spend together!

• To earn Activate Stage  1, you must earn 200 qualified points in the qualification period. 
• To earn Activate Stage 2, you must earn 250 qualified points in the qualification period.
• To earn Activate Stage 3, you must earn 300 qualified points in the qualification period.

No. Like all Dreamwork prizes, Activate prizes are not cumulative. You will be paid at the highest Activate Stage earned at the completion of the Dreamwork Incentive.

Absolutely! Keep working hard. Once you reach Dream 8, you can still earn Activate. Review Activate qualifications, make a plan, and keep up the hard work!

Yes!! If you earn Activate 1, 2, or 3, you qualify for Dreamwork Extension (formerly NBD Extension).

To be qualified, you must:

• Not have any outstanding disciplinary action on your account.
• Not have had any disciplinary action on your account in the prior 12 months.
• Have an account in good standing.

With the exception of Level, Generational, and Leadership bonuses outlined in Red Aspen’s Compensation Plan, you are only able to earn one promotional cash bonus at a time. If you earn more than one cash bonus (for example, a Leadership Fast 45 bonus), then Red Aspen will pay out on the higher valued cash bonus earned. Simply put, you can earn only one cash bonus offering at a time and cannot double up on bonuses.

Dreamwork Extension is what was formerly known as NBD Extension.

Dreamwork Extension is from Thursday, June 12 until Sunday, June 15, 2025.

You must:

• Earn the paid-as title of National Brand Director Green at least twice during the qualification period, AND
• Qualify for Dream 6 (42 points) or higher, AND

Those that qualify for Dreamwork Extension will spend time with their teams and peers from Sunday, June 8 through the morning of Thursday, June 12. On the 12th, you will pack up and be upgraded to a suite where you’ll await the arrival of your guest. You and your guest will spend four nights together at the Dreams Las Mareas Resort & Spa. Don’t worry! You’ll have lots of time to connect because we’re keeping your agenda light.

No. The Dreamwork Incentive trip is intended to facilitate team bonding. Your plus one should fly out on Thursday, and join you in Costa Rica for the extended Dreamwork portion of the trip.

Your plus one is invited to fly in on Thursday, June 12. Red Aspen is not responsible for covering their airfare.

• Maintain 240 PV each month from the time the period closes to the time of the trip.

You’ll have plenty of free time to hang out on the beach or sit poolside, but we do have a few activities you’ll want to pencil us in for. Please note that all activities are optional.

No, this trip is limited to qualified earners.

Breastfeeding children under the age of 9 months are allowed; however, you must notify the Treehouse by sending an email to events@redaspen.com if you'll be traveling with a baby so we can help make appropriate accommodations. You will be required to sign a liability release for your child.

If space is available, Red Aspen will make private room upgrade options available to Brand Ambassadors. You will be responsible for the additional cost of single occupancy. To pay for the room, we can debit your May commissions check, OR you can pay Red Aspen directly. Please note that you still may NOT bring a guest with you.

• Since you are not a part of Red Aspen’s room block, your room will miss out on the special gifts we drop directly into rooms.

The IRS mandates that earned trips count toward your taxable income. Red Aspen will include the value of your trip on your 1099 for 2025.

Yes. If there is a hurricane, natural disaster, or if the U.S. State Department classifies Costa Rica as a “Category 4” as it relates to Covid or otherwise, Red Aspen reserves the right to cancel, move, and/or alter the location and dates of the trip.

As of today, travelers returning to the U.S. are NOT required to present a negative Covid test. Please note that this may change, and we will keep you updated.

First of all, if this happens, bravo to all of you! Red Aspen reserves the right to host guests at multiple hotels should the necessity arise.

No, Red Aspen is not liable for lost or stolen items. We advise you to leave all valuables at home. You will have a safe in your room that only you and your roommate have access to.
