Every order is packed and shipped with love by our Treehouse HQ Teammates!
Ordering & Processing
Red Aspen orders are processed, packed and shipped out of our Meridian, Idaho warehouse on Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays). Once placed, most orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. During promotions, holidays and the end of the month, shipments may be delayed as a result of higher ordering volumes.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking number for your package.
Things to Note...
The shipping & delivery chart shows the estimated number of business days for an order to reach you once it leaves the Red Aspen Warehouse. Please add 2-6 business days for processing.
Your Business Kit purchase ships for free. Plus, you can add additional products onto your Business Kit purchase and get free shipping on your entire order.
Shipping fees, sales tax and Pop-up credits do not count towards your order subtotal.
Did you spend over $100 (minus tax, shipping cost, and pop up rewards)? To reward your shopping prowess, we are shipping your order, Standard, to you for FREE.
Standard Shipping
- Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.49, or FREE for orders over $100.
- Guaranteed by December 25th, if placed by December 16th 12 PM MT.
- Orders shipped via Standard shipping are typically processed within 48 hours and arrive in 2-5 business days.
- Due to higher sales volumes during the holidays, promotions, and end of the month, please allow additional processing time.
Priority Shipping
- Priority shipping is a flat rate of $16.
- Guaranteed by December 25th, if placed by December 19th 12 PM MT.
- All Priority orders placed by 1 PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM MT will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders processed after 1 PM MT on Friday, or the day before a holiday, will be shipped on the following Monday or business day.
- Priority orders arrive between 1-3 business days.
Express Shipping
- Express shipping is a flat rate of $37.
- Guaranteed by December 25th, if placed by December 19th 12 PM MT.
- All Express orders placed by 1 PM MT will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM MT will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders processed after 1 PM MT on Friday, or the day before a holiday, will be shipped on the following Monday or business day (holiday). Express orders arrive between 1-2 business days.

Just purchased a Business Kit? Welcome to Red Aspen! As a perk, we are shipping your kit to you for FREE!
Take a minute and add some additional products to your order. It will all ship to you for FREE. Business Kits ordered prior to 1 PM MT Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. (Did we mention we’ll also ship your entire order for FREE?!)

WHAT ARE THIS YEAR’S HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF DATES?
To guarantee delivery by Dec. 25, orders must be placed by:
- Dec. 16 at 12 PM MT - Economy/Standard Shipping
- Dec. 19 at 12 PM MT - Priority/Express Shipping
STANDARD AND PRIORITY SHIPPING CUTOFF ENDS AT 12 PM MT INSTEAD OF 10 AM MT. IS THIS CORRECT?
Yes! Standard Shipping cutoff is Dec. 16 at 12 PM MT. Priority Shipping cutoff is Dec. 19 at 12 PM MT.
WHAT HAPPENS TO FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100?
From December 12 at 10:30 AM MT through December 16 at 10:30 AM MT, Economy Shipping will be temporarily unavailable. During this time we’re upgrading all orders to Standard Shipping - which is a better value!
WILL ECONOMY SHIPPING RETURN AFTER THE HOLIDAY SHIPPING PROMOTIONS?
Yes! Economy Shipping will be active again on December 16 @10:30 AM MT, however will not be guaranteed by Dec. 25.
WHAT IF AN ORDER IS UNDER $100?
For orders under $100,
- Dec. 12 @10:30 AM MT through Dec. 16 @ 12 PM MT- Standard Shipping at $5.49, guaranteed to deliver by Dec. 25.
- Beginning Dec. 16 @ 12 PM MT - Economy Shipping at $5.49, NOT guaranteed delivery by Dec. 25
WHAT IF AN ORDER IS OVER $100?
For orders over $100,
- Dec. 12 @10:30 AM MT through Dec. 16 @ 12 PM MT, - Standard Shipping FREE, guaranteed to deliver by Dec. 25.
- Beginning Dec. 16 @ 12 PM MT - Economy Shipping FREE, NOT guaranteed by Dec. 25.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS OVER $100 BUT LESS THAN $150 BETWEEN DEC 16 AND DEC 19?
Customers that fall in this range will receive free Economy Shipping, however it is NOT guaranteed to arrive by Dec. 25.
WHO DETERMINES THE CUTOFF DATES?
Our Operations team reviews carrier schedules and internal fulfillment timelines each year to set realistic, guaranteed delivery dates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AFTER DECEMBER 19?
Orders placed after the cutoff date are not guaranteed to arrive by Dec. 25. We’ll continue shipping as quickly as possible, but customers should expect potential post-holiday delivery.
WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENT CUTOFF DATES FOR EACH SHIPPING METHOD?
Each shipping option has a different delivery window:
- Economy: Longest transit time, most affordable
- Standard: Balanced speed and cost
- Priority/Express: Fastest delivery, allows the latest order date
These staggered dates ensure we can still promise on-time delivery for customers who choose faster shipping methods later in the season.
