Girls Weekend official events start on Friday, Sept. 12 for Directors only, and the in-person convention is all day long on Saturday, Sept. 13.* The deets:

1. Book your room to start Friday, Sept. 12 with check out on Sunday, Sept 14.
2. Check-in after 4 pm MT on Thursday, Sept. 12.
3. Check-out before 12 PM MT on Sunday, Sept. 14.

*While Friday is reserved for Early Check-in, Red Aspen’s room block does accommodate anyone who wants to arrive on Thursday, Sept 11. If you’d like to arrive a day early and experience this beautiful resort at a discounted rate, please feel free to take advantage of the discount!

For attendees who would like to extend their stays, hotel rooms may be reserved at the Group Room Rates for 2 days before Sept. 11, and the 2 days after Sept. 14. You MUST book extended stays early because extended stay rates are dependent upon room availability.

As a Director, you have the opportunity to register through the Director-only registration site. If you have earned the title of Red Aspen Director during the current Awards period (Aug. 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025) and at the time of registration, you will register with a Director-only password.* An email with the password will be sent to you, along with all information about the Director Dinners and Surprise Event on Friday, Sept 12.

Your in-person Girls Weekend ticket does NOT include: 

• Transportation to and from the event. You are responsible for determining how to get to the event site, parking, etc.
• Parking fees at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort or elsewhere while in Scottsdale. You are responsible for determining where to park and all associated parking fees.

Hotel accommodations. While Red Aspen has negotiated for discounted hotel rooms for those attending Girls Weekend for the event days AND extended stay dates before and after Girls Weekend, you are responsible for booking your hotel room and all associated costs. Rooms are limited and sell out fast, so don’t delay!

You are responsible for your own accommodations, but Red Aspen has reserved a block of discounted rooms at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort from Thursday, Sept. 11 through Saturday, Sept. 13 with check-out on Sunday, Sept. 14.

Depending upon availability of rooms, Red Aspen’s discounted room block rates apply 2 days before the event and 2 days after. Take advantage of discounted room rates and book your hotel rooms at <link to come>Reserve early as rooms fill up quickly!  We do anticipate rooms in the room block will sell out fast, so be sure to reserve early. Room block rates are limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations for the room block close Aug. 22, 2025, and are available while supplies last.

You should wear whatever feels comfortable! For General Sessions, some teams wear matching tees, while others are dressed in business casual. No matter what, know that it will be HOT in Scottsdale, and the conference room may feel chilly with the AC on. For Awards Night, we do recommend cocktail attire.

Yes! Be ready to cut loose on the dance floor following the Awards Ceremony. 

Your spouse and family are welcome to accompany you on this trip, but Red Aspen Girls Weekend activities (General Sessions, Awards Night, Dance Party, Directors Dinner, etc.) are only for registered Red Aspen Brand Ambassadors.

Mothers may bring infants under the age of 9 months to Red Aspen activities. 

The rooms have two beds and can accommodate two (2) people in each room. Stay by yourself or grab a friend and share a room.

Parking fees are not included with your In-Person Girls Weekend ticket. Follow the link to see current parking rates at the JW Marriott. Select Hotel information at the bottom of the page.

After 4 pm: Hotel Room Check-In in the hotel lobby* 

You may check into your room at the hotel after 4 pm. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel Bell Captain can arrange to check bags for guests arriving early and for guests attending functions on their departure date.

*While Friday is the official day for Early Check-in, Red Aspen’s room block accommodates those coming in on Thursday, Sept. 11. If you’d like to come in a day early and experience the beautiful resort at a discounted rate, please feel free to do so.

1-7 pm: Early Girls Weekend Check-In at the JW Marriott

The Event Check-In desk is just past the hotel registration desk and it’s where you’ll pick up your event packet. Just look for the hotel registration desk. Avoid lines and save time!

6 pm: Directors’ Dinner (Invitation Only)* 

Watch your email for a Director-Only password to register and access the details. We have awesome surprises in store for you!

8-9:30 am: Event Check-In at the Event Check-in Counter

Guests must check-in and get an event lanyard in order to enter the event. Event check-in is at the Registration Counter just past the Grand Sonoran Ballroom and to the left. You’ll receive a pink Red Aspen lanyard and name tag. You must have this on to enter the ballroom throughout the event! 

9:30 am: Session 1 in the Grand Sonoran Ballroom 

Session 1 will be packed with training, guest speakers, and of course, everyone’s favorite, GIVEAWAYS!

Noon: Boxed lunch on the hotel property

Enjoy a box lunch on the hotel property. We will ask everyone to vacate the conference room for lunch. Be ready to come back at 1 pm!

1 pm: Session 2 in the Grand Sonoran Ballroom 

Session 2 will be packed with product announcements, surprise reveals, and a special keynote speech from our very own Matthew Kuzio!

7 pm: Dinner and Awards Ceremony in the Grand Sonoran Ballroom 

Fancy time! Grab your cocktail dress/attire and join us for a hosted dinner. Watch incredible Brand Ambassadors from across the nation be recognized for their inspiring work. 

Until 10:30 pm: Dance Party immediately following Awards Night.

Red Aspen Directors Dinner is an event hosted during in-person Girls Weekend by the organizational leaders. It is a celebration of the accomplishments of Red Aspen Directors and their commitment to the mission of the organization. The event includes dinner, networking opportunities, and an evening of sparkle, fun, and delight!

Directors Dinner is by invitation only and only for Red Aspen Directors that are current at the time of registration; this includes Brand Ambassadors who earn a Director title during the Awards period (Aug. 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025). No, Directors Dinner is a special dinner that is for Red Aspen Directors ONLY. 

Directors Dinner is Friday, Sept. 12 at 5:45 pm. We ask you to please meet by the Grand Sonoran Ballroom registration desk. We will board a chartered bus, and you’ll be whisked away for a night designed to wow you!

Directors Dinner this year is off-site of the JW Marriott. We have an amazing experience planned for you! The event will take place in an indoor/outdoor space, so be sure you wear something you’ll be comfortable in. We love a theme! Be inspired by the desert and come in your favorite southwest look. Sundress and cowboy boots? Denim shorts and a peasant top? Coral and turquoise? Earth tones and palm trees? We say YES! Watch in your email closer to the event for additional details about dinner.
