I am planning to attend and participate in the Red Aspen Girls Weekend Event (hereafter “Event”) sponsored by Red Aspen, LLC (hereafter “Red Aspen”) on or about September 10, 2026 through September 12, 2026 in Birmingham, Alabama.

In consideration of my attendance at and participation in the Event, I, for myself, my spouse, my legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive and discharge Red Aspen and its officers, directors, shareholders, owners, employees and agents (“Affiliates”) from all liability to me, my spouse, legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or damages resulting from or arising out of my travel to and from the Event and my participation in the Event or any activities or recreation undertaken by me in association with the Event, on account of injury to my person or property, even injury resulting in my death, whether caused by the negligence of Red Aspen or its Affiliates, or otherwise, and whether such Liability is foreseeable, unforeseeable, or if Red Aspen has been specifically apprised that it will be incurred. This release applies to all claims and causes of action, whether based in tort, contract, warranty, third party liability, or any other theory of law or equity.

I expressly agree that this release and waiver of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Idaho and that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

I hereby grant Red Aspen permission to take photographs, video and recordings of me in association with the Event or any activities or recreation associated with the Event and further grant to Red Aspen an irrevocable and royalty-free license to use my name and such photos, videos, recordings and/or likenesses for business purposes in its online, print, and digital advertising and promotional materials. I release and waive all claims for remuneration for such use and further waive any right to inspect or approve such materials prior to their publication.

This release and waiver of liability contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto as to the matters addressed herein and the terms hereof are contractual and not a mere recital. I further state that I have carefully read the foregoing, know the contents thereof, and sign this release as my own free act.
