Share Your Passion for All Things Red Aspen
At Red Aspen, we’re on a mission to inspire women to stand-up, stand out, and stand together by uniting passion with purpose. We believe in this mission, and we believe in our ability to give women like you the tools they need to be successful entrepreneurs.
We hope that you share that enthusiasm, and we hope that the heart of your Red Aspen Business is a desire to live by our brand values and share your love of our products with the people around you. More importantly, we hope that you use this opportunity to positively impact the lives of women just like you.
To that end, we want to equip you with the best possible tools for success. You’re going to do great things, and if we have one piece of advice, it’s to “Be your brand.” Be authentic, and build your business in a way that reflects your true self. Wear the products you love and share them in a way that makes sense to you. Be genuine in your interactions with potential customers, and let people see the real you whether online or in person.

Share, Don't Sell
It’s no secret that sales can be intimidating. Whether you’re a beginner to social selling or you’re nervous to talk about products in person, putting yourself out there can be tough!
The good news is that there’s a simple way to overcome those uneasy feelings – just be yourself! Yep, that’s all there is to it! Just be yourself, and share the products how you would to a trusted friend.
We call this concept “Share Don’t Sell,” and we’ve designed a whole video for you to go over how this concept works. Scroll down to see how we highlight the three key points of growing your new beauty business by being authentic, being social, and being knowledgeable.
Know Your Products!
One of the key points of building your Red Aspen business is becoming an expert that customers can trust. At the end of the day, people want to know what sets Red Aspen apart from other brands they’ve seen on TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
They’re going to have some tough questions, and we want you to be prepared for them! They’ll have questions about why they can’t seem to get their nail dashes to stay on. They’ll be curious about what kind of makeup products are suited for their skin tone. They might even want your help picking out the perfect beauty basket items for a friend! With how varied these questions can be, we want you to feel confident that you can provide the right solution for every occasion. That’s why we’ve prepared a whole section on Product Training for you over on the Red Aspen Treehouse Website!
As you map out your monthly goals, set aside some time to learn about our products and the more common questions associated with them. By strengthening your product knowledge, you put yourself in a much better position to tackle the tough questions of why your customers should choose your business and Red Aspen for all their beauty needs. When do I need to give customers a receipt?
Red Aspen Brand Ambassadors who sell merchandise from their inventory must provide their customers with a sales receipt at the time of the sale. Sales receipt forms are available on the Treehouse. The Brand Ambassador must fill out the receipt and email it directly to the customer at the time of sale and retain a copy for your records.
