Our role here at the Treehouse (otherwise known as Red Aspen's home office) is to support you. We set up some amazing tools and training to use as you launch and grow a new business. They'll help you settle in, and you'll learn some best practices along with all the bits and pieces Red Aspen has to offer along the way.
First up? The Fast 45! Through the Fast 45 program, you'll learn what it takes to build your Red Aspen business and how to implement the skills you learn. Plus, earn shopping sprees, exclusive merch, and discounts while you do it! Before we jump into that, let’s chat about how you earn.
How to Earn
Anytime a customer buys a Red Aspen product using your unique Red Aspen website link, you earn a 25-35% sales commission based on how much you’ve sold over the month.
We measure how much you’ve sold by personal volume (PV for short). Commission is paid on your monthly PV, and PV resets on the first of each month. (Want more? Check out detailed information on our Compensation Plan here!)
Your commissions go into a Red Aspen Vault account offered through Hyperwallet; it's basically our version of a bank account! We have great resources dedicated to teaching you about Vault + Hyperwallet, so check those out!
Red Aspen's Fast 45 Program
The Fast 45 is a great way to kickstart your business. Achieve some goals and get some swag! It provides accessible goals to hit in your first 45 days as a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador, and rewards you every time you reach a new milestone. Rewards include shopping sprees, merch, and discount codes for Join kits (perfect for sharing with others!). The Fast 45 is structured to help you be successful immediately. It begins the day you buy your business kit and ends on your 45th day. Here’s a detailed graphic of what you can earn with our Fast 45 tiers!
Tracking your Fast 45 progress is easy. Start by logging into your website via:
Account > Fast 45 in the Brand Ambassador Management section.

What is the Fast 45 Program?
Red Aspen’s Fast 45 program is a fun and exciting way for you to kickstart your beauty business! The program gives you goals to reach within your first 45 days as a Red Aspen Brand Ambassador, and rewards you once you reach them. We’ve structured it to help you be successful from the start.
When does the Fast 45 Program run?
Our Fast 45 program takes place during the first 45 days of your Red Aspen Business. It starts from the day you buy your business kit, and ends at the end of your 45th day.
For example, if you join on October 1st, then October 1st is the first day of the program, even if you join at 11:59 pm.
I am currently in my Fast 45 period, but it sounds like the prizes are being changed. How will I know what prizes I'm working toward?
If you started your Fast 45 period before the launch of the new program on October 1st, 2025 (you joinedbeforeOctober 1st, 2025), you are working towards the rewards of the previous program.
If I upgraded from an Affiliate to a Brand Ambassador, can I participate in it? When does my 45 days start?
You sure can! Your Fast 45 periods start the day you upgrade.
What can I earn through the Fast 45 Program?
We’ve split our Fast 45 rewards into tiers, meaning you’ll earn the following rewards once you reach the associated PV (Personal Volume) amount. The tiers are as follows:
Tier 1 (50PV) - Fast 45 Pin
Tier 2 (120PV) - Exclusive Fast 45 Hat
Tier 3 (300PV) - $25 Shopping Spree + Fast 45 Scarf + 20% off Join
Tier 4 (600PV) - $75 Shopping Spree + Fast 45 Bag Charm + 20% off Join + 20% off Join for your sponsor
Tier 5 (1000PV) - $150 Shopping Spree + Fast 45 Card Holder + 20% off Join + $25 Merch Credit for Sponsor + 20% off Join for your sponsor
Tier 6 (2000PV) - $300 Shopping Spree +Fast 45 Bag + 20% off Join + $25 Merch Credit for Sponsor + 20% off Join for your sponsor
Are the tiers of the program cumulative?
Yes! That means that you can earn up to $550 in FREE product shopping sprees, multiple 20% off join codes, and exclusive Red Aspen merchandise!
Please note that each tier has its own requirements, and you’ll receive individual promo codes for shopping sprees and join codes at the levels they are applicable. Your codes are not combined.
What is a shopping spree? What is a 20% off join code?
When you earn a shopping spree through Fast 45 rewards, we give you a promo code that you can apply toward purchasing the product of your choosing.
Likewise, 20% off join codes can be given to individuals interested in joining your team, so they can get 20% off the Curious Business Kit.
When do I get my promo codes?
Your earned promo code(s) will be uploaded to your Shopify account within 24 hours of hitting the relevant Fast 45 tier.
Can I give my promo codes to someone else?
It all depends on the promo code. The shopping spree and 20% off Join codes can be gifted to someone else. However, the Merch Credit has to be used by the Sponsor who earned it.
Also, keep in mind that the Fast 45 Merch will only unlock within your merch store, so it cannot be gifted. You must be logged into your account.
Can I use my shopping spree on discounted products or bundles on the site?
No you cannot.
If I spend less than my shopping spree, can I use the remaining funds later?
If you spend less than your shopping spree amount, the remaining balance can’t be saved for later. The code must be used in full during a single transaction, and any unused portion will be forfeited.
Does the shopping spree promo cover taxes or shipping?
No, you are responsible for covering associated taxes and shipping.
Where can I track my progress?
You can track your progress by logging into your hub through the following path:
- Log into your website
- Click on “My Account”
- Click on “Account”
- Click on “Fast 45 Report” under Brand Ambassador Management
Important Note: It may take the report at least 1 hour to update.
How will I know when I’ve earned a tier?
Tracking your progress is easy! You can check it via your Shopify account via “Fast 45 Report” under “Brand Ambassador Management," but you’ll also receive a congratulatory email every time you reach a new tier.
I had a return processed on my account. How does this impact my Fast 45 Tier?
If you have a return on your account that causes you to miss a tier, but you’ve already been given a promo code, don’t stress! We’re not going to take your code away. However, we’re also not going to give you a second code once you earn the tier again.
How long do I have to use my promo code?
You will have 90 days to redeem your promo codes or it will expire.
What do I need to do to get the prize I earned in Fast 45?
To add your exclusive merch to your cart, go to the Red Aspen Merch store. Within 24 hours of you hitting a tier, the merch you earned will be unlocked, and you’ll be able to add it to your cart.
Be sure you are logged into your account. You can add other items to your cart as well. The merch is at no cost to you, but please note that you’ll have to pay shipping on the cart. We do have free shipping with orders of $100 or more!
Once you earn a Shopping Spree or Business Kit Discount, a promo code will populate within your Shopify account. Add that promo code to an order, and you’re all set!
What do I need to be aware of from a compliance standpoint for this incentive?
Please note that bonus buying of any kind is strictly prohibited.
For specifics, please refer to Red Aspen’s Policies & Procedures. Please note that large, last minute personal orders will be audited by the Compliance team to ensure proper business practices and customer sales are taking place.
How long do I have to earn a tier in the leadership fast 45 program?
45 days. Day 1 is the day you join.
Who is eligible to earn this bonus?
New Red Aspen Brand Ambassadors and Affiliate upgrades that are in good standing are eligible to participate in the Leadership Fast 45 program.
The new Ambassador may not have another downline organization/team with another direct sales company, and as applicable, must be opted into leadership. This bonus will not be paid to those with an existing team elsewhere. Reinstated Red Aspen Brand Ambassadors are not eligible to earn this bonus.
When does day 1 of Red Aspen’s Leadership Fast 45 Program start?
The first day of Red Aspen’s Leadership Fast 45 program starts the day you join.
For example, if you join on January 12th, then January 12th is the first day of the program, even if you join at 11:59 pm.
Are the tiers of Red Aspen’s Leadership Fast 45 Program cumulative?
They sure are! Please reference the “TOTAL BONUS” column to understand the grand total of the bonus you can earn.
How and when is this bonus paid?
This bonus is paid in the commission period following the end of your Fast 45 period.
For example, if the last day of your Fast 45 is in February, your commission will be paid in March.
How will I be recognized for earning a tier in the Red Aspen’s Leadership Fast 45?
When you earn a tier in Red Aspen’s Leadership Fast 45 Program, you’ll be recognized in our monthly Awards Blog.
Additionally, we’ll be sure to give you a news shoutout and recognize you in person on stage at our annual Girls Weekend event.
Can I earn Leadership Fast 45 bonuses in conjunction with other promotional bonuses offered at Red Aspen?
With the exception of level, generational and leadership bonuses outlined in Red Aspen’s Compensation Plan, you are only able to earn one promotional cash bonus at a time.
If you earn more than one cash bonus (for example, a Dreamwork Activate bonus) then Red Aspen will pay out on the higher valued cash bonus earned. Simply put, you can only earn one cash bonus offering at a time and can not double up on bonuses.
