We can’t wait to cheer you on along your Brand Ambassador journey. We’ve broken down launching your Red Aspen Business into 5 easy steps. Now let’s get your business up and running!

YOUR WEBSITE BACKEND
Your new Shopify account includes a unique website link that you can share, alongside easy-to-use tools to help run your business. Access your websites backend with the “My Account” tab on the Red Aspen website. Make sure you’re logged in first! Once there, customize your website, track your progress, register for Red Aspen events, and shop the Merch Store. Take a look at your options!
THE ACCOUNT TAB
The Account tab allows you to:
Copy your website URL to share with customers. Product bought through this link is attributed to you, so you earn commissions on it.
Edit your “Ship to” address.
Track your personal Order History and Returns History.
Access your promo codes.
Manage your Vault account which is how we pay out commissions
Personalize your website to reflect you and your business.
Track your progress towards incentive period goals.
Helpful Hints:
Change your name in "My Profile" to the social media handle you use to run your business. If you’ve been interacting with customers on social, it will help them find you during checkout and ensures orders are attributed to you.
Use “Personalize Your Site” to customize your website homepage with your favorite products and social media accounts. Your personality is what it’s all about, so details about yourself and a profile picture are a must! (There are rules about what can and cannot be included, so make sure you check out our policies.)
THE HUB TAB
Your Hub is another important tool on your Red Aspen website and where you find:
Tracking progress towards monthly titles
Red Aspen reports (aka: personal and team stats!)
Monthly commission summaries
Your Pop-ups (aka parties)
Customer crders
Password details
Use it to see how you and your team are doing and to ensure you’re hitting monthly goals. The Hub can be confused with your Shopify website or the Treehouse, however, it’s a tool within your Shopify account.
