Launch Your New Red Aspen Business
We are so excited to have you as a Brand Ambassador and cheer you on along your business journey! It’s time to get your business up and running, so let’s get it launched! You’ve got this!
We’ve broken down the launch of your new Red Aspen Business into five steps. Here’s a breakdown of that process so you can feel confident with it.
Step 1 - You learn all about your website and all the tools you have at your disposal.
Step 2 - You learn all about Red Aspen and our Fast 45 program.
Step 3 - You learn to create a Pop Up link for yourself to share once you’ve launched your business.
Step 4 - You learn how to effectively sell Red Aspen products. Here’s where you officially launch your business with the Pop Up link you created in Step 3.
Step 5 - You learn about all the amazing resources our Treehouse Team provides to help you grow your new business! We’ll also answer any remaining questions you have here.
Shopify Account
You have access to a Shopify account which provides you with incredible, easy-to-use tools to help run your business! Access your Shopify account via the “My Account” tab on your Red Aspen website. Here you can visit your Hub, register for Red Aspen events, and shop the Merch Store! Here’s a closer look at all your options.
My Account
The Account tab allows you to:
Personalize your website
Manage your “Ship to” address
Track your personal Order History and Returns History
Please note that only orders from the time of the website transition in February of 2024 will show in your order history. All other orders can be found in your Hub.
Access Pop Up Promo Codes
Helpful Hint: Change your name within “My Profile” to the social media handle that you use to run your business. If customers have been interacting with you on social media, this will help them find you at checkout so the order will be attributed to YOU!
Brand Ambassador Management
Personalize Your Site
From your Account tab, use the “Personalize Your Site” feature to pick your favorite products that will be featured on your website homepage. You can also choose how you want your name to be displayed and searched for, write a summary about yourself, upload a profile picture, add your social handles, pick the primary way you want your customers to contact you, and more!
Important: Please note that we’ve updated our policies and there are some rules around what you can and can not include in any written copy you add to your website.
Incentive Tracker
During Incentive periods, use the Brand Ambassador Management tab to find reports and track your incentive progress.
The Hub
Your Hub is another important tool on your Red Aspen website, and it’s where you go for things like:
Tracking progress towards your monthly title
Checking your Red Aspen Reports (aka: personal and team stats!)
Looking at your Monthly Commission Summaries
Fast 45 Promo Codes
Managing your Pop-ups
Seeing your Customer Orders
Changing your password
Basically, this is a great place to see what an incredible job you and your team are doing and to make sure you’re hitting all your monthly goals!
Important: The HUB can commonly be confused with your Shopify website or with the Treehouse. However, it is a tool within your Shopify account.
