In this section of the 411, we’ll be talking about new and exciting marketing and website initiatives, cool strategies, and interesting stats that we’re working on to help promote YOUR business!

We are setting our sites on a new goal and need your help! We are currently at 94.3k followers on Instagram and we are trying to get to 95k by the end of the year. If you don’t already, hit that subscribe button and share with your customers. 

In other unrelated news, we are now Meta official and received a blue checkmark to our name last month - let’s go! Our goal is that this gives your customers even more confidence when shopping with Red Aspen.

Early Access Reminder- 

As you all know, we are changing the way we do Early Access Product Packs. Starting with DECEMBER packs, you will receive your product based on your PAID AS TITLE. For example, the packs that are processed with January products will be based on your paid-as-title from November.

Overview:

We are continuing to update the Business Training & Info section of the Treehouse! Your Treehouse Team is still working hard to create an updated Treehouse flow so that all BAs can quickly and easily find up to date and applicable information. We want to save you time and equip your teams with the best possible resources for your business. See the communication plan section below for updated information on the pages launching next week!

FAQs:

• When will these changes occur?

The website changes will occur in multiple phases. The pages will be published as they are complete. All NBDs will be filled in on the entirety of the project one month before the first web page launches. After that, all SBDs and above will be made aware of a page launch one week before it goes live. 

• Will the website be down for a period of time to implement these changes?

No, you will not be affected by the launching of these pages.

• Who will have access to these new resources?

All Brand Ambassadors and Affiliates will have access to these pages with the exception of the Senior Brand Director 411 and the NBD Circle. These two pages have a password to access them.

• As each phase of the Treehouse Revamp is ready to be rolled out, the details will be announced on the Leadership 411 Treehouse Page a week prior to the go-live date.

• After all leaders have been informed, all Brand Ambassadors and Affiliates will be made aware of these changes during the News & Inspo lives.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for everything that you’ve poured into making November such a truly remarkable month. When I think about the energy, dedication, and passion each of you brought to the table, it fills my heart with such joy and pride.

This month was filled with so many milestones—huge accomplishments that reflect not only your individual hard work but also the spirit of unity and support that defines our incredible group. Watching so many women reach their goals and soar toward the stars has been nothing short of inspiring. You’ve all shown what’s possible when we come together, support one another, and believe in the power we have to make an impact.

To each of you who made this month possible, whether through your leadership, guidance, or simply your unwavering belief in the potential of every single woman here—thank you. This community is stronger because of you, and I feel so fortunate to be part of this journey with all of you.
