SO, WHAT IS RED ASPEN ON CAMPUS?
Red Aspen on Campus brings beauty, community, and Red Aspen experiences directly to college campuses. From campus pop-ups and events to our Campus Rep Program, it’s all about connecting students with products they’ll love and opportunities to get involved.
WHO ARE CAMPUS REPS AND WHAT DO THEY DO?
Red Aspen Campus Reps are students who represent our brand at their school. They create social content, share Red Aspen with their campus community, and help bring products, pop-ups, and events to campus.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
There’s no one type of Campus Rep. We’re looking for students who bring a mix of:
A love for beauty — Nails, makeup, skincare—you’re into it.
Campus connections — You’re involved, social, or love bringing people together.
Creativity — You enjoy creating and sharing content. No follower minimum required.
A desire to grow — You’re excited to gain real experience with a growing beauty brand.

What is the Campus Rep program?
The Campus Rep Program is Red Aspen's student representative program that introduces the brand to college campuses through authentic content creation, campus engagement, and product experiences.
Who can apply?
The pilot is currently available only to actively enrolled students attending Boise State University or the University of Idaho.
Can I apply if I attend another university?
Not at this time. As this is a pilot program, Red Aspen is beginning with Idaho universities and will evaluate future expansion opportunities based on program success.
Do I need a certain number of followers to apply?
No! There is no minimum follower requirement to apply. We're looking for students who are authentic, creative, engaged on campus, and excited to represent Red Aspen. While social media experience can be helpful, we evaluate each application holistically and encourage students of all audience sizes to apply.
Do I have to become a Brand Ambassador?
No. Campus Representatives participate independently of the Brand Ambassador opportunity but may choose to explore becoming a Brand Ambassador in the future.
What happens after college graduation?
Graduates may remain Affiliates, become Brand Ambassadors, or pursue future internship or career opportunities with Red Aspen.
Is this a paid position?
Campus Reps are independent Affiliates and do not receive hourly wages. Instead, participants receive exclusive program perks, a welcome kit, monthly product rewards, affiliate commission opportunities, exclusive merchandise, professional development, and the opportunity to build their resume while representing Red Aspen on campus.
How is the Campus Rep Program different from becoming an Affiliate or Brand Ambassador?
While all three opportunities allow you to share Red Aspen products you love, each serves a different purpose.
The Campus Rep Program is a corporate-led, application-based program focused on representing Red Aspen on your campus through content creation, campus engagement, and brand awareness. Campus Reps receive exclusive training, monthly content challenge opportunities, product rewards, and professional development while helping introduce Red Aspen to fellow students.
The Affiliate opportunity is designed for individuals who simply want to share products and earn commission through a personalized referral link, with no campus-specific responsibilities or program requirements.
The Brand Ambassador opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in building and growing a sales business with Red Aspen, including customer acquisition, team building, leadership opportunities, and long-term business growth.
No matter where you start, each opportunity offers a unique way to be part of the Red Aspen community, and Campus Reps who wish to continue after graduation may choose to transition into the Brand Ambassador opportunity.
