Girls Weekend is a fun-filled few days with fellow Brand Ambassadors and Red Aspen Company Leaders at an annual conference with new product unveilings, exciting company updates, and recognition of  Brand Ambassadors for their accomplishments over the previous year. 

WHAT IS RED ASPEN’S VIRTUAL GIRLS WEEKEND AFTER-PARTY? 

The Girls Weekend After-Party is an online event designed to bring together brand ambassadors from across the United States to connect, learn, and grow regarding everything Red Aspen. The event includes product reveals, inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and fun activities.

WHEN IS IN-PERSON GIRLS WEEKEND? 

Book your room to start Thursday, Sept 12 with check out Sunday, Sept 15

Check-in after 3:00 pm EST - Thursday, Sept 12

Check-out before 11:00 am EST - Sunday, Sept 15

I AM EXTENDING MY TRAVEL AND WOULD LIKE TO BOOK A ROOM BEFORE OR AFTER THE EVENT. WILL THE ROOM BLOCK PRICING APPLY TO MY EXTENDED STAY DATES? 

Subject to availability of rooms, Hotel rooms may be reserved at the Group Room Rates for 3 days before Sept 12,  and the 3 days after Sept 14 for attendees wishing to extend their stays. You MUST book extended stays early because the extended stay rates are dependent on availability.

IF I AM A RED ASPEN DIRECTOR, HOW DO I REGISTER? 

As a DIRECTOR you have the opportunity  to register in the DIRECTOR-only registration site. If you are a Red Aspen DIRECTOR at the time of registration, you will register with a DIRECTOR-only password.  An email with the password will be sent to you, and will include all the information regarding the Director Dinner and Surprise Event on Thursday, Sept 12.

$129 Early Bird Virtual Girls Weekend product packs go on sale on May 7, 10:30am MT and ends June 21st, 10:30am MT.

Regular virtual after party registration information

$159 Virtual Girls Weekend product packs go on sale on June 21, 10:30am MT and ends Sept 9, 10:30am MT.

WHEN DOES VIRTUAL AFTER-PARTY REGISTRATION CLOSE?

Product Packs are available while supplies last, or until registration closes on Sept 9th.

WHEN WILL I GET MY VIRTUAL GIRLS WEEKEND PRODUCT BOX? WILL I HAVE IT AT THE SAME TIME AS THOSE THAT ATTEND THE IN-PERSON EVENT? 

Your Girls Weekend product pack (if you bought a product pack associated ticket) will ship after in-person girls weekend is over.  

WILL I BE ABLE TO REWATCH THE VIRTUAL AFTER-PARTY EVENT? 

Yes, it will stay on the Brand Ambassador Facebook page to rewatch!

WILL I BE ABLE TO WATCH THE IN-PERSON GIRLS WEEKEND EVENT LIVE OR ON VIDEO? 

No, the in-person Girls Weekend Event is for attendees only. 

I’M REGISTERED FOR THE IN-PERSON EVENT. DO I GET A TICKET TO THE VIRTUAL EVENT? 

You will be automatically entered into the Virtual Event Facebook group. Since you will have already received your product pack at the in-person Girls Weekend Event, you will not receive another product pack. But you will have full access to the virtual event and all the fun!
