Transparency = Dirty/Cheap

"These French tips are somewhat translucent, so if your nail is shorter than the white, there is a visible line between where your fingernail ends before the white edge. It makes your fingernails look dirty (?) or off. Also, there are color variations throughout the nail bed where the glue attached or didn't attach correctly, so it looks very cheap and obvious that these are either a terrible manicure or a cheap knock-off. Because of the translucent nature of this specific type of dash, I would only consider ordering dashes that are not neutral color tones going forward. However, because these keep popping off, despite using all three types of glue (the included, gel glue, and tabs), I would not order these again at all. I hate that, because these were fun and really convenient, but not if they look shoddy."

Great for a special event but not everyday wear

"This was a my first time using Red Aspen nails. It was great having a lot of size options for my nails since I have small nails and can be hard to fit. Glue was easy to use. First one fell off before the end of the day. I glued it back on. Second one fell off the second day. Decided it was not worth hassle and took off all the nails. Removing them wasn't hard, just took a bit of time and patience. Maybe I am expecting too much from these nails and maybe I am too hard on them but I don't feel confident wearing them, always checking to make sure they are attached. I saved the nails and might use them for a special occasion, like a one day type event but not for everyday use and won't purchase any more."

"I LOVE all my nail dashes and they hold up amazingly. I am a nurse and have never had any nails hold up like my dashes. However, I was a little disappointed in the French tips. They are beautiful but seemed more delicate than my other previously purchased nails and the white chipped in a few areas."
