The Return Process

Follow these step-by-step instructions to create a return for your Red Aspen product. By following these guidelines, you can ensure a seamless return experience and receive a refund or replacement for your purchase.

1. Contact Us

  • Contact us by chat or email hello@red-aspen.com to initiate the return process.
  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product.

2. Wait For Response

  • The Red Aspen support team will provide further instructions and guide you through the rest of the return process.

3. Package Return

  • Package the product(s), preferably in its original packaging, taking care to pack securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Ship Package

  • You will be provided with an RMA number to be written on the OUTSIDE of your return package.
  • Take the packaged product to your nearest USPS carrier location (or schedule a free USPS pickup by visiting usps.com/pickup.)
  • Make sure to obtain a tracking number for your shipment.

5. Wait For a Refund

  • Once Red Aspen receives your returned product, they will process the refund.
    Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after receipt at their warehouse.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email once the process is complete.
6. RESTRICTIONS
  • Your refund amount is subject to return shipping fees, applied discounts, taxes, shipping costs, and Pop-up credit.
  • Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded for returns.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

Important Return Notes

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process after receipt at our warehouse. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed.
  • Your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account after Red Aspen processes your return.
  • Red Aspen does not offer exchanges at this time.
  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item (including Final Sale or non-returnable products), we will replace the product. Please chat us email hello@red-aspen.com initiate a replacement.
