20-day Satisfaction Guarantee
We hope you love your order - but just in case something isn’t quite right, we will offer a refund or replacement within 20 days of receiving your order. We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fee) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.
The Return Process
What to expect
- Your refund amount is subject to return shipping fees, applied discounts, taxes, shipping costs, and Pop-up credit.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process after receipt at our warehouse. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed.
- Your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account after Red Aspen processes your return.

- Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded for returns.
- Red Aspen does not offer exchanges at this time.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
- If a free gift was associated with the product or order, please include it in your return.
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item (including Final Sale or non-returnable products), we will replace the product. Please email hello@redaspen.com initiate a replacement.
