Your new Red Aspen business is officially launched. Now, let’s keep it going!
1. Always follow-up with customers to thank them for purchasing from you. Take the opportunity to ask how they like the product and to offer tips and tricks that answer any questions they have about the first time they applied Nail Dashes, an eye look they want to recreate, etc. Small steps like that contribute to building a long-term relationship with them!

2. Creating Pop Up links for your customers to use and share is a best practice! Brainstorm who would be great at hosting a Pop Up and contact them. Refer to Booking Pop Ups for extra help.

3. Pre-schedule social media posts and stay consistent. Keep posts a healthy mix of personal and business-related content, and play into social media algorithms to increase your reach and ensure the work you put into content is seen by more people. 4. Learn everything you can about Red Aspen products. Become a subject matter expert and a resource that people can trust. It builds customer relationships that last. Visit our Product Training pages for more information and assets.
