Boise, ID. December 26, 2020 - Red Aspen is pleased to announce that co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Amanda Moore, has received University of Idaho’s Silver and Gold Award. Moore is an alum of the 2006 class and has implemented the University's values of excellence, respect, integrity, perseverance, and sustainability in the company.
“Amanda has stepped up to the plate in so many ways, but this year, she’s shown true grit and determination as we scaled rapidly through the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Red Aspen co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Genie Reese, when asked why she nominated Moore for this award.
As COO, Amanda Moore is responsible for many of the aspects that help maintain Red Aspen’s momentum. From warehouse management to day-to-day shipping and operations, Moore ensures hundreds, sometimes thousands of orders are sent out each day.
“We have experienced a significant increase in orders this holiday season,” said Jesse McKinney, Chief Executive Officer of Red Aspen. “Amanda’s ability to dramatically scale operations in a matter of weeks to meet the increased demand has been nothing short of inspiring.”
Amanda leads by example, putting in countless hours to ensure her department is operating at its highest potential. Over the past few months, the shipping team has continuously set and shattered shipping records resulting in more Red Aspen orders out the door this year than ever before.
Red Aspen is thrilled to end the year on a high note with Amanda Moore’s Silver and Gold award and offer their sincerest congratulations on this achievement.
