After all, who doesn’t love free beauty products?!
Red Aspen is growing too, and as a company, we’re always on the lookout for ways to streamline our operations and simplify the customer and Brand Ambassador experience long-term. No matter what innovations we come up with, our goal remains the same: to keep you equipped, empowered, and aligned with the energy of our monthly product drops.
That’s why we’re thrilled to announce some big updates to our Pop Up Party program starting July 1. Read more below to see how we’re updating Red Aspen Pop Ups for the better!
Why is Red Aspen Updating its Pop Up Party Program?
If you’re scratching your head wondering why we’re switching things up, the answer is simple. Red Aspen created its Pop Up program while our Brand Ambassador community was still relatively small. Now that the community has continued to grow, we can see places where the program is unsustainable. However, we also know that the Pop Up program is a big piece of every Brand Ambassador’s business, so we want to do this right!
We want to remain a strong company where all of our Brand Ambassadors can flourish, so we’re implementing some strategic improvements to the Pop Up Program to make it more sustainable, while also respecting its importance to your business.
What About the Customer Experience?
Now, you might be wondering, “Does this affect my customers’ Pop Up experience?” The answer is “only slightly.” The overall Pop Up experience—a.k.a. creating parties and redeeming codes—will stay mostly the same.
However, there will be some updates to the Pop Ups themselves.
What Updates Are Being Made to Red Aspen’s Pop Up Party Program?

Streamline the Customer & Brand Ambassador Experience
Right off the bat, these updates should work to streamline Pop Up management as a whole. They also serve to simplify the customer and Brand Ambassador experience long-term, and that’s a win for everyone!
Earn More PV & GV
These Pop Up Party updates should also work to increase your PV and GV generation within Red Aspen’s compensation plan. Remember, when you or your customers use Pop Up promo codes to buy products, you don’t receive the full PV (and GV) on those products, only the amount paid.
By disallowing the use of Pop Up promo codes on newly launched products until 24 hours after the launch, orders within this period will apply towards your PV (and GV) helping you grow within the compensation plan. This could mean more money in your pocket!
When Are These Pop Up Party Updates Officially Taking Place?
Starting with Pop Ups opened July 1, all Pop Ups will automatically close after 30 days at 11:59 p.m. MT.
They can still be closed manually within the 30 days. To mirror this change, any Pop Up opened before July 1, 2025, will be automatically closed on August 1, 2025, and any earned reward promo code will be uploaded to Brand Ambassadors’ accounts.
This means that starting July 1, Red Aspen BAs will only be able to transfer an order into a Pop Up for 48 hours after that order is placed (excluding weekends). In addition, Pop Up promo codes cannot be used on newly launched products until 24 hours after their launch. Pop Up promo codes will expire after 90 days, and a notes section will be added to the promo codes section of your Brand Ambassador account.
